Our team for France


Paris office has joint Eyes2Market European network in 2009 after establishing Hodie Consulting & Developpement in 2005. Actual company client base is multi segments in our expertise fields of Hotels, Leisure & Tourism. Balance is respected in order not to establish mono image company. Each team member expertise is large enough to contribute to each and every day activity plan to dedicate enough time in each project or clients accounts. Team leaders per segment is clearly identified and follow up is supervised regularly.

Didier Rouge-Biscay
CEO
Back to 1990, with 10 years experience serving operational needs, Didier moved into International Sales and Marketing. Starting 2002, he opened “the nicest hotel in French Polynesia” (Conde Nast en Travellers mag-2003) becoming the first Relais & Châteaux in 2003 in Tahiti.  Back to France early 2006, with its 25 years knowledge and experience, he decided to start his own business answering professional global needs ; expert in hotel operations, International sales & Marketing, Hotel development projects, he enters with Eyes2Market Europe early 2009 with Destination Marketing and PR.

Didier coordinates Paris office (as well as Southern Europe territories (Italy & Spain) for all activities to better answer our clients needs and expectations.

Erwan Ly
Job Title
After a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management at Pace University in New York and a master’s degree in Marketing and Management of luxury brands in Paris, Erwan joined Eyes2market France in 2010. Together with his French Polynesian cultures and with his international background studies, his profile was enhanced by several training experiences in the marketing department of several organizations around the World. Among the Eyes2market France team, he looks after several hotel accounts (South Pacific Management Hotels, Opoa Beach Hotel, Le Guanahani - St Barth, Le Grand Hôtel de Cala Rossa, Kempinski Seychelles Resort, Le Pigonnet Aix-en-Provence) on the European markets and he engages himself in all the consultancy projects led by the office. He enjoys travelling and spend a lot of his time visiting countries to discover new cultures and landscapes.

Soledad Melgarejo

With an experience of 20 years  in tourism & luxury hotel industry, Soledad  knowledge is well appreciated by the main key players in Southern Europe.

Her strengths   : an international experience, good skills in negotiation and communication, great adaptability, efficient and strategic, business sense.

Soledad has joined the E2M France team in January 2013  as consultant for developing and increase market share  for Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces”

Maurizio Maggi
Job Title
After a degree in Economics at Pavia University, Italy, Maurizio followed a training from ESC Lyon (Hotel and Services marketing).

Maurizio started his hotel career in Nice as Sales Executive at Hotel West-End and joined InterContinental Carlton Cannes in 2002. Promoted Director of Sales he was looking after Sales&Marketing and covering Italian, French, Belgium and Russian market, with strong connections with other feeder markets.

In 2007, after 6 months at Stein Hotels & Resorts (Barcelona and Monte-Carlo) as Regional Director of Sales, Maurizio joined Kerzner Group (One&Only Resorts, Atlantis, Mazagan) as Director of Sales Italy and France (Leisure, Mice, Press).

As of May 2013, Maurizio is collaborating on freelance basis with Eyes2Market Paris and covering sales in South of France Area (Travel Agencies) and Italy (TOs, Travel Agencies) for Hotel Portfolio.

Passionate for travels and luxury properties since he was child, he has a collection of about 1500 Hotel brochures; fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish; confident with budgets; Maurizio built strong relationships with the key players, creating and developing an important Client Network (All segments).

Laureen Palcy
Job Title
After a diploma in tourism, Laureen experienced various job positions related to this industry, from Tour Guide to cruise ship worker,  or also ground handling agent in Paris. In 2010, she decided to leave everything and she went overseas for 8  incredible months to the Pacific  in New Zealand, Fiji and Australia as a backpacker and working in different areas. Back to France, she took a position as a travel agent for a tour operator specialised in islands and  step by step, she approached the luxury hotels industry. She finally joined Eyes2market France in March 2013 as a Sales Assistant for two famous brands which are Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts.
